Why can’t I pay by credit card (anymore)?
Since April 2020 (UK) and November 2021 (Ireland), all UK and Ireland customers are no longer able to use credit cards for gambling purposes. Going forward you must select another payment method. For full details on these regulations, please view this article.
For non-UK and Ireland customers, please follow the instructions in the message displayed when you try to make a payment. It could be that you have insufficient funds on your card, so please check your card balance.
If you have not yet made a successful payment using your credit card, and receive the message that your credit card payment was rejected because of our internal security settings, please use an alternative means of payment.
